What a weekend!

Friday, I took a trip to Cubao with Camsisoy after school to explore the vintage stores at the Shoe Expo. We wanted to see this one store in particular called "Vintage Pop" that sells vintage records, furniture, toys, turntables, cameras, typewriters, all that cool stuff. It was AWESOME! I talked to the shop owner, Bong, and he agreed to let us feature it in Ad.dimensions! Yeyy! I actually made friends with him. He had such a good time showing me all his interesting finds, like this Fisher Price wind-up movie player. Sooo cool. Brett and Buens met us and we all ate at Bellini's, this nice Italian restaurant. Then I had to rush back to Ateneo to meet the Sony people before Sponge's gig. The gig was fun, the schedule got a little messed up but all in all we enjoyed it. Dicta License played as well. Always nice to watch those guys perform.

Saturday was the RQ vid shoot. WOO! Amazing day. I got to Jerome's at quarter to 7 in the morning. The boys had all slept there the night before, awww how cute, band sleepover. Hehe. We got to the location, an abandoned factory near Quezon Circle, at around 8:15. The entire day went by so fast, actually...probably not for the boys though. They had 10000 kilowatts of light trained on them for the band performance shots just to achieve the sun-drenched, intense look that Zig wanted. And we must've heard Tala about 20 times. Hehehe. I can't wait to see the finished product. The shots looked AMAZING.

At night, Jerome and I went to Embassy for his friend Nix's birthday party. Never expected to set foot in that place, but I can see the appeal for people who are into that sort of thing. Then we hung out at Buens's house and laughed like crazy about, uummm, nothing in particular :p Hahaha. Today was just a chillout day and now I'm watching Dumbo with my sisters and getting really creeped out. ACK!
